Form 990 and Background Documents

Recently there was a major revision of the annual return that most tax-exempt organizations must file.  This revised form must be filed starting with tax year 2008 (returns filed in 2009).  Make your appointment now. May 15,2010 is the deadline if your tax year ends on December 31,2009.

If you do not file your tax return, you will lose your non-profit status starting in 2010.

Federal Reports were due April 15th, and North Carolina  is due April 30  2010.
