Form 990 and Background Documents

Last year there was a major revision of the annual return that most tax-exempt organizations must file.  This revised form must be filed starting with tax year 2008 (returns filed in 2009).  Make your appointment now. May 15,2010 is the deadline if your tax year ends on December 31,2009.

Federal Reports were due January 15th, and North Carolina  is due January 31  2010.
